Opportunity with a Trusted Insurance Broker – Established Over 40 Years
Our client, a well-established and trusted insurance broker with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their team.
This role offers the chance to support clients from a wide range of industries across the UK—working with businesses of all sizes.
About the Client:
They are independent brokers who review the whole market to find and secure the best insurance policies for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Secure appropriate insurance cover for new business and renewals

Identify and highlight cross-sell opportunities and uninsured risks

Liaise with insurers and brokers on quotations, policies, and claims in line with service level agreements

Manage assigned renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and quotations following the company’s renewal process and placement strategy

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external brokers to drive strategy and maximise opportunities
Candidate Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in general insurance

Good knowledge of core insurance products and policies

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service consistently

Strong communication and relationship management skills
