Title: Commercial Account Handler

Salary £30000- £32,000

Our clients being a global brokerage is looking for an expert Account Handler to work within their fast paced and dynamic environment. 

​

This role will be working in partnership with the Account Executives, by building renewals, reports balancing the mid-term adjustments and crafting new quotes for customers. Accurate recording of details is essential to enter onto Acturis. Must be organised, efficient and dedicated. Will be managing clients queries daily, confirming cover and processing policies plus following up new and existing renewal quotations.

Will be Cert CII qualified. Have worked in teams servicing both clients and colleagues with excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate hard. Have a maximum attention to detail and dedicated customer service.
