An established independent insurance broker based in Kent are seeking a Sales Executive.

Requirements:

• Provide quotations and sell policies to clients.

• Explain the features and benefits of policies to clients.  

• Overcome objections to maximize sales opportunities.

• Achieve Monthly sales targets.

• New business account handling and administration.

• Attend staff meetings and training as required.

• Follow company policies (including Data Protection, Health and safety). 

• Able to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed, flexible attitude towards customers and other team members.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous sales experience – ideally phone based.

• Proven desire to expand product knowledge and skill set.

• Able to recognise sales opportunities, create and develop enquiries.

• Be able to work under pressure.

• Able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.

• Be results driven.
