Overview
 
Our client being a Motor Underwriters based in Essex. The position will be to oversee the Personal Injury Claims Team, coordinate the work activities of the team, has responsibility to for team performance, development of training of staff and to maximise contributions and drive employee development and operational improvements.

Complete 121's with team members, handle customer complaints, handle regular audits and ensure compliance of Claims Handling procedures and all legal and regulatory requirements. 

Will have a good understanding of FCA regulations including Treating Customers Fairly. 

Have a good understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and Personal injury Portal process both existing MOJ and new IOC portals.

Will be an excellent communicator, capable of influencing and asserting opinion at all levels. Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast paced environment. Excellent telephone, written, verbal communication and formal presentation skills. 

Must have proven people management experience and skills.
