Our client being an independent and family run commercial brokers based in Essex are looking for a Team Leader to oversee a number of Account Handlers.

 

Will be responsible for servicing an allocated selection of larger and more complex accounts. You will have staff responsibility and liaise with the HR team on employment relation issues, look after/work with a team of staff including absence management, conducting 1-2-1’s, encourage team members and identify areas of new training or skill checks. You will also be involved in the hiring processes and new team member training.

 

Produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation in a compliant manner.

 

Build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues across the group.

 

Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Maintaining a detailed understanding of changing market conditions, understand and ad-hereto all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.

 

Will have In-depth commercial insurance and market knowledge. Enjoy working within a culture of continuous improvement, from both an individual and team focus. Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment.

 

Must have team leader experience, commercial insurance knowledge and broker to client experience.
