Private Clients Account Handler

Our clients being a small independent brokers based on the East London, Essex, Herts borders are looking to recruit a Mid-High Net Worth Account Handler. The duties will entail: building relationships with Mid-High Net Worth clients and being their insurance expert by providing a high quality service to their VIP clients.

 

Placing insurance for a portfolio of Private Clients, ensuring adequacy and appropriateness of cover and checking the accuracy of policy documentation. Updating risk information and undertaking renewal broking exercises, including negotiating with insurers. Updating risk information and assisting with mid-term adjustments, claims progressing, diary management, and resolving client enquiries in a friendly and professional way.

 

Experience of software package Acturis is desirable with a decent opportunity for progression

 

Will have a desire to develop strong client and insurer relationships.
